His guilty expression only strengthened Tachibana Asuka’s conviction.

Now a far cry from the obedient Nurse Tachibana, the girl glared at the Villain Boss with razor-sharp vigilance, her righteous aura overwhelming.
Yet Linux remained unfazed.
He didn’t even bother defending himself.
Instead, he extended his hand again, offering a sincere invitation.
“Well then, [Magical Girl Silver White], will you come down with me now?”
“You… Villain Boss…”
The silver-haired knight bit her lip.
She was certain he was hiding something in that dungeon.
Just the combination of Villain Boss and Demon Lair Dungeon was enough to send chills down any magical girl’s spine.
But to her surprise, Tachibana Asuka found her vigilance crumbling within seconds.
Against her will, she relaxed again.
As if some part of her trusted the Villain Boss—genuinely believed he wouldn’t harm her…
The sheer absurdity of the thought painted her flawless face with an embarrassing blush.
“…Fine. I’ll take a look.”
She turned her face away, nodding cautiously.
But the next second, she nearly let out a mortified yelp.
—In her fully transformed state, the Villain Boss took her left hand.
Not just held it, but interlaced their fingers, palm to palm—as intimately as lovers.
This was outright cheating.
In an instant, any chance of regret was stolen from her.
“Watch your step. I haven’t installed lights in this passage yet.”

Holding hands with Linux, Tachibana Asuka descended the steps leading to the dim dungeon, soon enveloped by darkness.
The girl’s heartbeat inevitably quickened.
Part of it came from fear, and the other part from anticipation.
Though the entire process lasted only two minutes, it perfectly met the conditions for the “suspension bridge effect.”
By the time the two finally reached the dungeon, and Linux fumbled in the dark to light a candle—

Her tall, knightly older-sister figure clung tightly to Linux’s side, their intertwined hands even more inseparable than before.
Their palms were slick with the magical girl’s fragrant sweat, sticky as if they would never part again.

She looked around in confusion, unable to believe her eyes.
“Is this… really a dungeon…?”
“It was at first, but since I don’t plan to imprison anyone, I turned it into a cozy little room.”
Linux’s tone was brimming with pride.
As a reward from the [Utterly Wicked System], the Hundred Leaves Clinic—designated as a Demon Lair—had indeed gained a secret dungeon.
Every day after Tachibana Asuka finished work, Linux would come down to tidy it up.
After purchasing secondhand furniture and working on it for a full month, it had finally taken shape.
“To celebrate your first month working here, Nurse Tachibana.”
Now, Linux lightly tapped the table, drawing Tachibana Asuka’s attention to his efforts.
“I prepared this commemorative dinner myself.”
—Though it was just reheated frozen steak, for a man naturally terrible at cooking, this was pretty much his limit.
“Hmm, it’s cooled down a little. Hope you don’t mind.”
“Villain Boss… you tricked me into coming to the dungeon… just to have dinner together?”
“If you’re willing.”

Tachibana Asuka stared blankly at Linux and his cooking, overwhelmed to the point of forgetting how to breathe.

As if she had dressed up specifically for a dinner date with the Villain Boss.
