“You just turned off your phone, and I couldn’t reach you,” Jiang Ci lay on the hotel bed, the sheets and covers had no scent of Lu Xingxue, and she regretted not bringing Lu Xingxue’s perfume out.

Lu Xingxue protected her waist and carried her inside, pressing her against the door panel.
Lu Xingxue’s body carried the cold air from outside, making her smell as refreshing and alluring as snow.

“If it hurts, tell me.”

Lu Xingxue kissed her earlobe and consoled her, “I’m sorry.”
She apologized, but she didn’t seem to be able to control herself at all. Jiang Ci’s head felt like it was going to explode. She couldn’t suppress her voice and was about to scream, but Lu Xingxue covered her mouth.
“Be good, the soundproofing might not be good.”
By the time Jiang Ci returned to the bed, she was already exhausted. She nestled into Lu Xingxue’s arms and found a comfortable position. All around her were familiar and reassuring breaths, and she quickly fell asleep.

“It’s very early. I have to go back for a board meeting,” Lu Xingxue coaxed her to sleep in the quiet of the night. “Don’t see me off, sleep a little longer, hmm?”
Jiang Ci didn’t answer, and Lu Xingxue looked down to see that she was already too sleepy to keep her eyes open.
Lu Xingxue set her alarm very low. After the first beep, she woke up and turned it off. Looking back, Jiang Ci was entangled with half of her body, breathing evenly, sleeping soundly.
Lu Xingxue carefully kissed her forehead, got up to wash up. When she changed her shoes and was about to leave, Jiang Ci suddenly struggled to sit up from the bed, “Lu Xingxue?”

Once they got out of the elevator, the car that was there to pick up Lu Xingxue was waiting outside the hotel. Stars were visible in the sky, and the city was still asleep. The driver went around the car to open the back door.
Jiang Ci’s legs were heavy, and she could barely walk. Lu Xingxue hooked her fingers around Jiang Ci’s, noticing that her eyes were a little red.
Lu Xingxue held her hand, seeing that her eyes were a little red.
