Chapter 36: A Conflict on the Brink of Eruption

“Ding dong—ding dong—ding dong—”

Amidst the sounds of the announcement, the train slowly closed its doors and began to move.

It began to accelerate and travelled towards Hua Ming District along the tracks. The solemn atmosphere within each carriage certainly made it feel like they were embarking on a military expedition.

But in one of these solemn cars, there was an odd atmosphere.

The entire car was filled with a heavy silence. No one spoke, and everyone’s attention was focused in one direction.

In that direction was the most famous person in the entire Demon-Hunting Academy.

The super star of the Hunter Division, the Xu Family’s daughter, Xu Qianqian, who had won the title of “Most Beautiful School Flower” for two consecutive years.

The top student of the Warlock Division, An Zijin, who had become popular among all the students almost as soon as she enrolled.

At this moment, these two beautiful girls who were revered by many students were sitting on either side of a man who had only recently become famous.

Xu Qianqian was genuinely sorry. In her eyes, she had truly lost her composure this time. Su Ming was An Zijin’s fiancé, so it wasn’t good for her to suddenly act like this.

Su Ming’s furious voice stunned the two girls, leaving them unable to speak.
