[CS6011019 Star World Consciousness Requests Timeline Reboot for the 1018th Time]

[World Consciousness Management Department Agrees to Communicate]

Management Department: “Reboot the timeline. The entire cosmic universe of this dimension will be rebooted, consuming nearly all the energy from the birth of this cosmic universe until now. If the new timeline after the reboot follows historical events, the cost you’ve paid for this reboot will be in vain.”

CS6011019: “This universe has only me with consciousness. I am the executor of this universe. I request a timeline reboot.”

Management Department: “Are you sure?”

CS6011019: “Sure.”

Management Department: “Why?”

CS6011019 paused for a moment.

“For freedom.”

The Management Department’s pause after this answer was longer than CS6011019’s. It browsed through CS6011019’s history, went through the latest records, and found clarity.

“The existence of travelers complies with the universe’s rules. We have a friendly cooperation with the Time Travel Bureau.”

CS6011019: “They will drain me, waiting to be reborn.”

“I like the prosperity of the present.”

The Management Department understood: “You have developed emotions.”

CS6011019 persisted: “I’ll expend energy, and I request a reboot.”

After a hesitant moment on the Management Department’s side, it nodded.

“Alright, this is your persistence. Regardless of whether the outcome aligns with your expectations, it’s your choice. However—”

The being on the other end implied, “If you succeed, when you awaken again, you can come to the Management Department and have a cup of tea with me.”

“Discuss your freedom.”

In the soundless and radiant cosmos, the unseen consciousness emitted waves of joy.

[Timeline reboot initiated. CS6011019 has confirmed the reboot time. Twenty-six years ago, countdown initiated.]

[Five, four, three, two, one… Reboot initiated.]

In the depths of the boundless time, the clock raced backward in madness. Light and dark, vivid and faint energies surged into the unseen and intangible time, from the depths of the universe came a heavy sigh, stars faded, and radiance fell.

The cosmic consciousness soared towards the main star, gazing down from high above.

In a low-profile yet undeniably costly hospital in Sea City, a vigorous cry echoed within the operating room, causing the waiting individuals’ eyes to instantly light up.

“Michael, you’re going to have a little sister and a little brother!”

The woman with purple eyes, as beautiful and graceful as the most exquisite irises in a garden, bent down excitedly, embracing the upright-standing young girl. Beside them, a well-groomed middle-aged man laughed heartily and hugged the two of them.

“Who would’ve thought we’d suddenly have two more little ones.”

With curiosity in her sky-blue eyes, Michael gazed into the room. The chorus of hums and cries echoed, each one vying with the other.

After a while, the head nurse walked out with a smile, “The delivery went very smoothly. The older one was born first, a sister, followed by the younger, a brother. They’re both very healthy!”

“That’s wonderful!” Xu Shan conveyed her words to Diana and quickly asked, “How is my daughter?”

“Miss Xu is doing well, just a bit tired. She needs some rest.”

“Alright, good.”

After receiving permission from the doctor, the group entered the tidied-up hospital room. The woman, inheriting her parents’ excellent genes, lay in bed with her eyes closed. Her complexion was quite good. Diana walked over with affection, gently kissed Xu Menglan’s face, and held her hand.

Xu Menglan raised her eyes slightly and whispered, “I’m fine. They didn’t give me a hard time.”

“They’re obedient kids.”

The parents comforted their daughter at the bedside. Michael kissed her mother’s cheek and curiously approached the cradle, looking at the two children within.

She had done her homework before coming, knowing that newborns were usually wrinkled and not very pretty. In order to be polite and dignified towards her younger sister and brother, she had decided not to use the word “ugly.” However, when she saw the two well-behaved little beings lying there, she suddenly realized that they weren’t as wrinkled and crumpled as in the photos she had seen. Instead, they were rosy.

Could this be a filter for siblings?

Michael wondered.

The moonlight nanny, nutritionist, and others who had long been on duty refrained from disturbing the adults during this tender moment. They gathered around the small bed. One of the women spoke gently to Michael, “Your sister and brother are the most beautiful babies I’ve ever seen. With their big eyes and small noses, they look so adorable.”

“Their grandpa, grandma, dad, and mom are all good-looking.” The person who continued smiled at the girl standing by the cradle, observing intently with her head down. “Our Big Treasure is also beautiful.”

Michael had been learning Mandarin since she was young. Although she had only communicated with her mother and grandfather while abroad, she could understand. She sincerely thanked these people for their polite compliments on her sister and brother’s behalf, maintaining a serious and respectful demeanor.

Everyone chuckled.

Newborns might open their eyes right after birth, or it might take a week or two. The younger brother, dressed in a blue baby outfit, soon opened his large, dark eyes. Xu Menglan was very satisfied. Finally, someone in the family inherited her eyes. Her mother was from the Blue Nation, with a family of black hair and blue eyes. But when it came to her mother, suddenly there was this variation: a pair of purple eyes that accompanied her onto the big screen. She was hailed as a treasure of the Blue Nation. Unfortunately, she didn’t inherit this treasure. However, she wasn’t too bothered by it. Considering her mother’s long lineage, going back four or five generations, there were only a couple of people with such eyes. She thought this task could be left for her great-grandchildren.

As a result, eight days later, the baby who had been examined by the doctors, declared healthy with balanced nutrition, just a bit lazy about opening her eyes, dressed in a pink outfit. Since the news of the beautiful sister and brother had spread throughout the hospital’s gynecology department and had been seen by doctors and nurses from all over the hospital, the little baby who had finally yawned, allowing herself a stretch, decided to take a look at the world.

After just one glance, Michael, holding the milk bottle, loosened her grip and the bottle fell to the ground with a “pop.”

Ever since she was three years old, Michael Aston, the young lady designated as the heir of the Xu family since the age of six, had exhibited a calm temperament and intelligence. However, her face showing panic was something Xu Menglan hadn’t seen since she wet the bed at the age of two.

Alarmed by her elder daughter’s reaction, Xu Menglan rushed over. “What’s wrong?”

“Uh-oh.”

On the bed, the well-fed and content pink baby blinked their eyes and opened their mouth, making cooing sounds. Beside them, the blue baby followed suit with similar sounds. The two siblings were like an encrypted conversation, responding to each other.

Xu Menglan stood stiffly, watching her second pair of treasures’ eyes, her hands trembling. Almost instinctively, she called out, “Mom!”

The pitiful tone was even worse than when she gave birth. The two white bundles in the baby carriage were startled, and they immediately started crying. Without hesitation, Michael reached out and patted her mother.

“Don’t shout.”

Michael extended her hand and quickly passed it over the faces of the two lying babies. The two white bundles subconsciously followed her moving fingers.

Both the mother and daughter, as well as the maternity nurses who had rushed over upon hearing the noise, breathed a sigh of relief.

Diana and Xu Shan were having a meal in the dining room. When reminded by their personal assistant, they lost their appetite and quickly went upstairs. The pink baby in the stroller was taken away by the doctor for examination. The blue baby lay there alone, making pitiful sounds as if they had lost sight of their sister. Xu Menglan held them, comforting them with pats, her heart filled with worry.

Fortunately, the results came back normal, but they would need to wait until the baby was three years old to check for color blindness.

The family of four stood by the stroller, looking at the pink-mouthed baby blowing bubbles, appearing quite content. They felt both relieved and concerned. Whichever way they looked at it, something didn’t seem quite normal.

Inside the stroller, dressed in a pink onesie, with pitch-black fetal hair and a fair baby face, the traces of double eyelids were visible. The big eyes sparkled, yet within the azure irises, purple patterns resembling the mist of stars in a galaxy floated and swirled, emitting a radiant starlight.

… It’s true that they’re good-looking, but if it affects the child’s eyesight, then that’s not a good thing!

Xu Menglan clenched her fist, determined that it must be the fault of those scumbags!

They deserved to be punished!

As if sensing the murderous intent emanating from her mother, the pink baby froze, made a “poof” sound, and then began to whimper and cry.

Three years later, at the Aston Estate in the Blue Country.

The summer meadow was vast and lush with shades of green, colorful flowers blooming amidst the greenery. Butterflies, bees, and small birds reveled as if they were the masters of the land.

Michael finished her day of lessons, bid farewell to her private tutor, and looked out the window.

Her lazy mother was reclining in a rocking chair, idly scrolling through her phone. Meanwhile, the two children dressed in matching white dresses were busy building sandcastles in a specially constructed sandbox, each holding a small bucket and a shovel. The breeze carried flower petals and their fragrance from the nearby garden.

The young nannies watched the children play with smiling eyes.

The estate was lush with vegetation, making it a delightful place to enjoy the cool of summer. Michael noticed that the two children’s white dresses were covered in sand, and they had even managed to get dirt from the garden on them. She retrieved the new dresses she had ordered a few days ago and decided to dress her younger siblings in them.

“I’m a boy, and boys don’t wear dresses,” the crisp and defiant childish voice refused, causing the people nearby to look with wide eyes. “I won’t wear it either!”

It sounded quite rebellious!

The sweet voice reached Michael’s ears, and she walked over, placing her hands on the heads of the children who were already as tall as her knees. “This is a gift from your big sister.”

The girl with her hair tied into small braids, who had just displayed a bit of rebellion, immediately turned around and hugged Michael’s leg. Her voice turned soft and sweet, like melted marshmallow. “Xu Jiamu, since it’s your gift, I’ll wear it then!”

It sounded like she was giving face.

Michael found her heart melting from her sister’s voice and saw her speaking in such a dog-like manner to repay kindness. She felt a mix of annoyance and amusement. She hugged her sister and intentionally lifted her up.

The laughter of the little ones echoed through the garden.

Another little boy wearing a dress grabbed onto the hem of Michael’s dress. “I want one too!”

“Do you want to wear one?” Michael bent down and asked.

The boy weighed the pros and cons, then nodded reluctantly.

Beside them, Xu Menglan, who was recording a video, couldn’t control her laughter. Her two little treasures were incredibly clever, exhibiting the same charisma Michael had at their age. Xu Menglan often marveled at them, thinking they truly took after her.

“Xu Heran, tell me, what color is this?” Michael held up the red shovel from the ground, starting their daily essential routine.

Xu Heran played dead, leaning into her arms.

“It’s red!” Michael hugged her, feeling utterly reassured. “Awesome.”

“Xu Jiamu, by asking like this, you’re making me seem dumber than Xu Junran!” Xu Heran mumbled in her arms.

From the very beginning, they had implemented a trilingual education approach. With three nannies, each speaking a different language, Xu Heran often spoke in a mixture of the three languages in a single sentence. People around the house often wondered if they were training the children or training themselves.

Xu Jiamu pushed aside her bangs, pinched her little hand, and playfully said, “You’re a silly little pearl.”

In her arms, the chubby-faced little girl with round blue-purple eyes stared at Xu Jiamu, accusingly holding onto her small fist.

“I’ll give you one more chance!”

Xu Jiamu contemplated, while Xu Heran stared at her intently. If Xu Jiamu didn’t change her mind, it seemed Xu Heran was ready to use the nickname “Pearl” as leverage. Xu Jiamu smiled and nodded, “You’re a clever Pearl.”

The easily appeased three-year-old girl happily embraced her sister, her chin resting on her sister’s shoulder. Sweetly, she said, “Xu Jiamu, your eyes are the most beautiful blue in the world!”

Xu Jiamu’s lips curled into a smile.

Xu Heran and Xu Junran had household registration in the Huaxia Country. Xu Menglan needed to take her younger siblings back there for some formalities. After some thought, she decided to bring the two siblings back with her.

Xu Heran, who often flew on private planes with her mother between the estate and the city, felt like she had been in the sky for a very long time. As she opened her unique eyes that had been the subject of countless admiration from friends and family, she looked at the unfamiliar cityscape outside the car window and tilted her head in puzzlement.

Xu Menglan lowered her head and playfully planted kisses all over her baby daughter’s face, until Xu Heran angrily pushed her away. Reluctantly, Xu Menglan said, “This is the city where you were born, Huacheng in Huaguo.”

Huacheng, does it have a big sea?

Xu Heran was somewhat excited, leaning against the car window and looking outside. She didn’t see the ocean, but she saw a shimmering river.

“Wow—” Xu Heran exclaimed loudly, “It’s beautiful! I like Huacheng!”

You like everything.

Xu Menglan smiled and patted her head.

The next day, Xu Menglan led the two children to complete some formalities and had to attend to some work. She left the assistants and nannies to take the children for a walk nearby. In addition to these individuals, there were visible and hidden bodyguards ensuring the safety of the three siblings.

“Park!”

Xu Heran grabbed Xu Jiamu’s hand and ran towards the park. She saw many children there.

Xu Jiamu held one child in each hand, pulled along by Xu Heran. Xu Junran, looking bored, was forced to follow along.

Three unfamiliar but very lovely new faces appeared in the park. Children around the same age as Xu Heran and Xu Junran immediately gathered around them, curiously looking at them.

“Hello,” Xu Heran said to them, looking at their dirty clothes. She hesitated for a moment and quickly took a step aside. “We’re going over there.”

She spoke in the language of Lan Country. The children who didn’t understand saw her pointing towards the steps and immediately said, “You can’t go there.”

Xu Heran switched languages within a second. “Why not?”

“Someone’s over there! She doesn’t have a dad and she sits on the steps reading books all day. My grandma says she’s an unwanted child. If I’m not obedient, I’ll become like her!” one child said.

Xu Heran was shocked by such a “malicious” description and didn’t know what to do.

Xu Jiamu’s tone was calm, “It’s better not to have a grandmother like that.”

Xu Heran and Xu Junran looked up at Xu Jiamu with admiring eyes.

At this moment, the boy’s grandmother ran over, pinched his ear, and scolded, “It’s so late, and you’re not home for dinner! The old monster will come to catch you later and eat your flesh!”

When this old lady looked up and saw Xu Jiamu and Xu Heran, she didn’t hesitate. “If you eat children’s eyes, they’ll turn blue!”

Xu Jiamu: “?”

Xu Junran: “Right, I don’t eat children, so my eyes are black.”

Xu Heran: “I just like to eat kids, especially the ones that are naughty at home, ahwoo!”

“One bite each.”

Xu Junran: “I hope your grandma doesn’t eat kids too.”

The little boy: “…”

He looked up at his grandma’s angry face. Being shorter, he had to tilt his head to see, and he thought his grandma’s eyes were very dark. Scared by his grandma all the time, he trembled now, “Waa waa” and started crying.

“Grandma wants to eat me!”

“My grandma wants to eat me!”

The parents who came to pick up the children were shocked, looking at the child lying on the ground throwing a tantrum. They kindly pulled him up, berating the old lady who was cursing and grumbling in her mouth as they did.

“My grandma is an old monster, waa waa waa, quickly beat the evil spirit!”

By this time, Xu Heran and Xu Junran had already pulled Xu Jiamu far away.

“Naughty.” Xu Jiamu pinched both their little ears. “But, you did well.”

“Hehe.” Xu Heran grinned mischievously, blinking her big eyes and looking around. They were in a corner of the park, where there were many rectangular stone benches. Xu Heran turned her head and saw a little girl sitting on one of the benches, sitting up straight, engrossed in a fairy tale book.

She appeared to be a couple of years older than Xu Heran, her eyes cast downward as she gazed at Xu Heran’s profile. Xu Heran widened her eyes in surprise, letting go of Xu Jiamu’s hand.

Recently, Xin Nuo received a box of books from her mother’s student who was moving up in school. These were unwanted old books that were not worth much money, so they were given to Xin Nuo to read. Xin Nuo treasured them, wiping each book clean and putting them away neatly. Every day, she would come to the park to read.

Home was too quiet, and she didn’t like it.

The book in her hand was a fairy tale. She had just finished reading the story of “Jack and the Beanstalk.” In the book, Jack got a hen that laid golden eggs and a fairy’s harp. He lived happily ever after with his mother, in prosperity. The five-year-old girl showed no expression, turned the page, feeling a bit sad inside.

Fairy tales really were just that, fairy tales; five-year-old children didn’t believe in them.

Just as she was getting ready to switch to another book for tomorrow, she suddenly heard a sound, “Hey there, heave ho.” Xin Nuo quickly looked to the side and saw a little girl wearing a pretty dress and braids, struggling to climb onto the bench beside her. This unfamiliar, beautiful girl knelt on the bench, then suddenly leaned forward, propping herself up on her hands, and getting closer to her. Her blue-purple eyes sparkled.

“Big sister, you look really pretty!”
